3 Telecommunications Equipment Program (TEP) Contract with Maine Department of Deafness, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened Provide telecommunications equipment at low or no cost Cover any general disability If it prevents expressive or receptive communication through telecommunication Provide demos, install and training as needed
