3 Schauer 3 HESP 649B Clinical Practice in Audiology Diagnostic & Therapeutic Procedures One-on-one and small group instruction in rehabilitation/treatment of hearing disorders across the lifespan. Focus is on bridging theory-to-practice and problemsolving, including evidence-based practice. HESP 418A Clinical Practice in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology: Clinical Practicum Experience in Audiologic Rehabilitation Experience for course requirement. Focus is on bridging theory-to-practice and problemsolving, including evidence-based practice. HESP 413 Aural Rehablitation/Habilitation 1 38 Undergraduate level course in aural rehabilitation/habilitation. Instruction will introduce the fundamental aspects of aural rehabilitation/habilitation therapy for both adults and children. Prerequisites required. The course will highlight the application of personcentered service implementation, interprofessional education and practice through interdisciplinary coordination of services and family/patient engagement and models of effective treatment interventions for hearing loss.
