For the most current information on network dental offices in your area, search the online directory at Cigna.com or call the Dental Office Locator at Cigna24 ( ). The dentists in this directory are private-practice, credentialed independent professionals, dedicated to quality care service. This directory covers both the DPPO DEPO plans. The Cigna Dental PPO network is a national reference to our network; this network will be utilized with Cigna EPO plans. Dental EPOs are not permitted for insured South Dakota polices. 3 Introduction 1 Introduction The following is a list of health care providers in this area who are in the Cigna network. Some providers may have been added or removed from a network after this directory was printed. We do not guarantee that each provider is still accepting new patients. For current customers, always refer to your Cigna ID card for help to determine the name of your Cigna network benefit plan or to identify the health care providers that are in-network for your plan. If you are a potential customer, please refer to the benefit plan network names included in your enrollment materials. To get the most up-to-date information about the in-network providers in your area, use our online directory ( com or ) or call Cigna Customer Service at the toll-free number on the back of your Cigna ID card. Also, please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm he or she is in Cigna s network. Before joining the Cigna network, health care professionals must meet Cigna stards through a process called credentialing. We regularly review credentials to help ensure they continue to meet these stards Language Assistance Access Directory listings include languages other than English (if any), spoken by the health care professional (HCP) or by an office staff member who the HCP has identified as a qualified medical interpreter. However if you have difficulty understing English, we offer language assistance interpretation services at no cost to you.
