1 How To Use White With Style Whitening Kit Instructions The instructions below will show you how to use the White with Style Kit. You will first mold your mouth trays to fit your mouth. Once they are fit and snug you will begin to whiten your teeth using the kit. 1

3 Materials: Purchase the SPARKLE WHITE PROFESSIONAL HOME TEETH WHITENING KIT at The kit will include: Syringe with teeth whitening gel Set of Custom Trays 3

4 Mini blue light (to activate gel with batteries) Vitamin E Swabs Pot (for molding the custom mouth trays) Scissors 4

5 Cup Water Paper towel Directions for molding the custom mouth trays: Step 1 : Fill your pot with 4 inches of tap water. Step 2 : Place the water filled pot on the stove Step 3 : Turn stove onto MEDIUM heat. Step 4 : Bring water to a boil (bubbles). 5

6 Step 5 : Turn the stove off. Step 6 : Let the water cool for 6 minutes. Step 7 : Hold the mouth tray by the finger tabs provided. Step 8 : Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10 seconds or until the tray appears soft. IMPORTANT: for best results do not overheat your trays. Step 9 : Place the mouth tray into your mouth covering your upper teeth. Step 10 : Close your mouth Step 11 : Suck all the air and excess water from the tray, creating suction between the tray and your teeth. Step 12 : Gently push the tray against the front of your teeth by pressing your fingers against your upper lip. 6

7 Step 13 : Wait 15 seconds before removing the tray from your mouth. Step 14 : Place the mouth tray into a cup of cold water for 12 seconds. Step 15 : Repeat steps above for lower mouth tray. Step 16 : After molding both trays, use scissors to cut any excess material from the gum line. This will help avoid any gum irritation. Step 17 : Use scissors to cut the finger tabs from both trays. Step 18 : Rinse molds with lukewarm water Step 19 : Set the molds aside. Step 20 : Cover molds with a paper towel. 7

8 Teeth Whitening Instructions: Step 1 : Place mouth trays, syringe, mini blue light, and Vitamin E swabs on the counter of your bathroom. Step 2 : Brush your teeth Step 3 : Remove the plastic insert from the battery compartment of the mini blue light. Step 4 : Replace batteries as they were. Step 5 : Press the white button to test the light. Step 6 : Place mouth trays on a paper towel next to each other. 8

9 Step 7 : Squeeze the syringe into each tray. Make sure to place the gel where the tray hits the front of your teeth. (Do not overload the trays) Step 8 : Apply gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pressing on your upper lip with your fingers in order to have a tight fit. Step 9 : Repeat for the bottom tray. Step 10 : If the gel is irritating your gums, use a Vitamin E swab. Step 11 : Break one side of the swab in half. Step 12 : Let the Vitamin E drain to the opposite side of the swab. Step 13 : Use the Vitamin E swab to wipe away excess gel from your gums. Step 14 : Keep the trays in for no more than 30 minutes. 9

10 Step 15 : Place the mini blue light in your mouth in front of your trays, this will activate the gel and whiten your teeth faster. Step 16 : After 30 minutes of the light, remove the trays. Step 17 : Rinse out your mouth. Step 18 : Rinse trays in lukewarm water. Step 19 : Brush your teeth. Step 20 : Store trays in a clean, dry place. 10
