7 INSTRUMENTS TRAY MILLING SYSTEM - PROSTHETIC LINE TRAY M Designed in collaboration with expert surgeons, the ergonomic design of Dental Tech surgical trays reinforce the improved rapport between the surgical instrument it contains and the dimensions of the box. It is light, manageable, stackable, compact and spacious. It is also easily transportable, guarantee the security of their contents, avoiding their loss during handling. The plastic materials used are highly resistant to impact and are certified for more than 1000 sterilisation cycles in an autoclave. MILLING SYSTEM Dental Tech tapered system involves the use of two types of dedicated drills. The first, stepped and self- centering, permits an easy intermediate preparation of the surgical site, while the four cutter second drill (reamer) is used to finish the site. Dental Tech cylindrical milling system was designed with the progressive geometry of the tip that was designed to guide itself in the hole prepared by the previous drill. Each drill has the possibility to accommodate a depth stop for the use of the same in total safety of the osteotomy. PROSTHETIC LINE Extremely precise and complete prosthetic line, allows the prosthetist the best choice of the prosthetic device made by Dental Tech.
