3 Product Enhancements & Issues Resolved in this Release Screening Mapper Changes Increase in Addition of Screening Terms The maximum number of Screening Terms a user can add to the Screening Mapper has been increased from 5 to 10. CAT will analyse all the added screening terms and search for the most recently added/updated entry among these terms and it will then display the data from that entry. Removal of Default Option In the Screening Mapper window, the option Default under the Values dropdown list has been removed and replaced by the real value of the selected screening term within the dropdown list. 4 New Medication Filter for Contraceptives A new Medication filter Medication - Sexual Health has been implemented in the Medications screen for Contraceptives and list the following medications: Combined Oral Combined Oral Contraceptive Agents Progestogen Only Progestogen Only Contraceptive Agents Spermicidal Spermicidal Agents Contraceptive Devices Contraceptive Devices Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 4

5 Subtitle of Changed to (Negatives) Since the under Reports are the negatives of the actual, based on this factor and to avoid any confusion the subtitle of the Chart has been changed to (Negative). 7 Displaying Title for CPI Reports In the earlier versions of CAT the Title was not getting displayed for CPI Reports. This has been implemented in CAT Version 1.46; the Title will be displayed for CPI Reports under the subheading of the graph. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 7

8 Preliminary Filter Enhancements & Fixes Provision of Save Default Button A new Save Default button has been implemented in the Preliminary Filter. This option will enable the user to save the filter details in the preliminary filter for future. After selecting the preliminary filters and clicking the Save Default button, if the user logs off from CAT and then logs in later the saved preliminary filter will be loaded again by default for the specific user. Display of Preliminary Filter applied in all Screens of CAT In the earlier versions of CAT the Preliminary Filter details were not getting displayed in any of the screens. This issue has now been resolved in CAT Version 1.46 wherein the preliminary filter details will be displayed in all the screens of CAT below the graph section. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 8

9 No Records Found Error - Using Preliminary Filter Age Range In the earlier versions of CAT under preliminary filter if user selects Data Range as anything apart from All and then clicking the Demographics tab and selecting a Gender or Ethnicity or From and To value etc. in the Demographics filter was displaying a No Records Found message. This issue has now been resolved in CAT v1.46 and using the Demographics filter after selecting the Data Range under the Preliminary Filter will now display the details of the patients coming under the specific data range instead of displaying the No Records Found message. 10 Display of Smoking Data Extraction Module In MT32, User can enter the smoking data via various methods like through the Screening section using Screening Terms or through the Classification and History section using the Read codes. But in CAT the user was not able to view from which module the smoking data was getting extracted from in MT32. In CAT Version 1.46, a new column titled Module has been implemented in the Smoking screen. This column will show the user the module from where the latest smoking data for a patient is being extracted from in MT32. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 10

11 General Enhancements Reports Queries Full Description in Mouse Hover text In the earlier versions of CAT, the mouse-hover descriptions for all the graphs and pie charts of CPI, and Pre-Defined Queries reports were short and not understandable to users. This issue has now been resolved in CAT Version 1.46; full description of the query will be displayed when performing mouse-hover on graphs and pie charts of CPI, and Pre-Defined Queries reports. 15 Info Icon in Main Menu A new Info icon has been implemented in CAT Version On clicking this icon, a pop up window will be displayed with a detailed description of the graph displayed in the screen. 16 Invert Icons in Main Menu A new functionality Invert has been implemented in CAT Version The Invert functionality is divided into two types are listed below and placed as icons in the Main menu: Full Invert This will invert the whole filter applied and show the details other than the filter criterion based on the total Demographics Partial Invert This will invert only the last applied filter, the first applied filter group will still remain For example, find the below steps explaining the Full & Partial Invert functionality in detail: 1. In the Demographics Filter, select the Gender as Male and Ethnicity as European NZ and click Get Values button. The number of patients belonging to the filter criteria applied will be displayed. 2. Click on the Smoking tab to view the number of European NZ s having Smoking data recorded. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 16

17 3. Select any one of the Smoking Status by clicking on the respective section in the Chart, for e.g. Moderate Smoker. 4. The number of Moderate smokers will be displayed. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 17

18 Full Invert On click of Full Invert icon, CAT will display the details other than the filter criterion based on the total Demographics, i.e. total demographic record (843) number of Moderate Smoker & European NZ (1) = 842. Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 18

19 Partial Invert On click of Partial Invert icon, CAT will invert only the last applied filter, the first applied filter group will still remain, i.e. total Smoking European NZ (8) number of Moderate Smoker & European NZ (1) = 7. 20 Ability to print Data Grid & Graph directly from CAT A new Print Icon has been implemented in CAT Version 1.46 to print either the Chart or Data Grid content or to print both (Chart + Data Grid). On click the Print icon in the Main menu, Print Option window will be displayed and provide options to user to print as their wish. Select an appropriate option in the Print Option window and click OK button. A popup window will open and display the following details: Data Grid Content or Graph with Title & Subtitle or both (based on the option selected) Title of the Graph or Data Grid Filters applied Record Count Last Extraction Date & Time Copyright Medtech Ltd Page 20

22 The popup window will be closed and the details will be sent to the respective printer When printing a Graph or Data Grid Content or both (Graph + Data Grid) related to Screening, the Mapped Screening Terms will be displayed in the print out. For e.g. when a screening term Creatinine Clearance is mapped with BP using Screening Mapper window (Map Screening Terms), the Screening Terms mapped with BP will be displayed in the print out as shown below, on click of Print icon in the BP screen (Screening BP).
