4 Pay As You Go Incentives Blue Cross Complete of Michigan plans to offer several Pay as You Go initiatives during Technical specification documents, which detail timeframes, measures and payment schedule, are listed in the back of this booklet in Exhibit A. Please use this information to make internal assessments of your clinical performance for each initiative. 5 Medical Care Group Bonus Blue Cross Complete is offering Medical Care Groups a population-based incentive opportunity for HEDIS performance. The populations have been divided into three different categories: 1. Adult access to care 2. Child access to care 3. Pregnancy care Medical Care Groups must have a minimum of 250 members in order to be eligible for the bonus opportunity. In order for Medical Care Groups to earn the bonus, each measure within the population must meet either the 75 th or 90 th percentiles.
