7 On Saturday, February 7, 2015 the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia presents its signature fundraising gala, the Taste of Love, an elegant black tie event held at the Ritz Carlton- Buckhead. The Taste of Love features gourmet dining, premium wine parings, live entertainment, a top notch silent and live auction and the chance to dance the night away. All proceeds from the event benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. What The Taste of Love is the annual fundraising gala of the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. Held each year at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead and attended by more than 600 prominent Atlantans, the Taste of Love treats guests to a night of gourmet dining prepared by the chefs of the Ritz Carlton, live entertainment and a wonderful silent and live auction filled with exciting vacation getaways, luxury items and sports packages as well as fine dining and unique life experiences. The foundation is a statewide voluntary health organization dedicated to the prevention and cure of seizure disorders, the alleviation of its effects, and the promotion of independence and optimal quality of life for the people who have these disorders. Through its community involvement with employers, teachers, law enforcement officials, health care professionals, and individuals with epilepsy and their families, the agency is active in a broad range of programs. These programs include information and education, advocacy, camp scholarships and the delivery of specialized services.
