2 PROFESSIONAL EXPERENCE EXOS Athletic Performance 11/2013-7/2014 Fort Bragg, NC Contractor Tactical Strength and Conditioning Specialist Director: Steve Mannino Thor3 Human Performance Director United State Army Special Warfare and Command School Fort Bragg, NC / (910) / steven.m.mannino@soc.mil Developed and implement strategic and periodized performance enhancement programs for members of the United States Center of Special Warfare and Special Operations. Worked along side the Sports Medicine Staff on designing an evasive Bridge Program. Which allowed injured soldiers to return to daily activities at a quicker rate. Scheduled and coordinated FMS testing with individuals and units, to determine which corrective exercises were needed per individual. Worked with individuals on a daily basis using GPS technology, which measure the athlete s power output, yardage traveled, body temperature, heart rate and landing forces. This technology helped determine the intensity that was needed to train the soldier on a daily basis. Developed and assisted in Field Training Exercises and Austere Training Workouts, when soldiers were in training or deployed and unable to workout at the facility. Designed Energy System specific conditioning workouts, which prepared soldiers for their Physical Performance Tests but also for the specific needs of a Combat Ready Soldier (CRS).
