Each day will highlight a different style of lifting: Monday - Upper body strength movements Tuesday - Leg muscle endurance. Wednesday - Core stability. Thursday - Upper body controlled eccentric. Friday - High intensity interval training (HIIT). Fitness Center Adds Fitness Techs Please welcome our two new Fitness Techs, Daniel Dent and Tim Bowers. Daniel comes to Trussville via The Pensacola YMCA where he worked as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. Daniel was a top 50 track athlete coming out of North Ridge High School in Tuscaloosa and attended Stillman College on an athletic scholarship. He later transferred to Troy University where he was also a student athlete and received his Bachelor s Degree in Health and Human Services with a minor in Recreation in Daniel s background in sports and fitness has allowed him to pursue his true passion for helping others stay healthy and fit. Tim Bowers is a familiar face around the Fitness Center since he has been a regular there since 2009 as a member. Tim has a long history of participation in health and fitness as his career in Administration and Manufacturing carried him to many locations around the country. A native of Lanett, AL, the Auburn graduate has lived in Trussville since
