Perform with torso bent toward: left right TRUNK - 13 Rotation: ROM (Supine) Position (A) Helper: Place hand on knee. Stabilize shoulder on same side. (B) - Lower legs to side. - Keep shoulders flat. Repeat in other direction. Contract method: Resist seconds. (see card G.G.-14) Patient is passive. TRUNK - 15 Rotation: Facilitated (Side-Lying) Position Patient: Lie with side up. Helper: Stabilize above waist on rib cage. Place other hand on hip. - Helper moves hip forward and back times. - Cue patient to continue the motion. - Helper assists as needed to control motion.
