1 Amateur Division SATURDAY Event #1 Arena 1 South 4 rounds 20 American Kettlebell Swings (M 53# / F 35#) 15 Box Jump Overs (M 24 / F 20 ) 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats (M 53# / F 35#) If time expires and the athlete did not complete the event, all incomplete reps will equal one second Kettlebell Swings Bottom position: Bell will break the plane created by both thighs, both forearms will make contact with hips Top position: Bell handle must clearly be above the horizontal plane with upper arms (biceps) blocking ears, with elbows, hips and knees fully extended. Show complete control at top of movement Box Jump Overs May jump onto or completely over the box If you jump over the box, both feet must travel directly over the box and not around the sides Must jump off the ground with both feet simultaneously If jumping onto the box, must land with both feet simultaneously on the top of the box You may spin 180 degrees on the top of the box to jump or step off You may jump off and spin 180 degrees in the air You may NOT perform lateral jumps You may step off the box You do not need to show full hip extension on the box, you may stay in a squat position KB Goblet Squat KB must be held with two hands by the horns Bottom position: Hip crease below the horizontal plane of the top of the knee Top position: Knees and hips fully extended

3 Event #3 Arena 2 South Buy-in: 200 Sandbag sprint 3 rounds 40 Sandbag Lunge (M 40# / F 30#) 60 Sled Pull (M 45# / F 25#) 60 Sled Drag (M 45# / F 25#) 40 Sandbag Lunge (M 40# / F 30#) 12 Sandbag Ground-to-Overhead (M 40# / F 30#) Sandbag Carry/Sprint May carry any way At no time may any part of the sandbag drag on the ground during the carry Must go around turn-around point Sandbag Lunge May carry any way Knee must make contact with the ground every time Sled Drag Upon completion of Sled Arm Pull, athlete will drag the Sled around the 60y turn-around and down the opposite end of the lane; upon completion of the Sled Drag the athlete must turn the sled around to face the lane before moving to the next movement Sandbag Ground-to-Overhead: Sandbag starts on ground Must grab the sandbag from end (lengthwise) handles You may lift sandbag any way until it reaches overhead At overhead position, upper arms (biceps) must be blocking the ears, full extension of elbows, hips and knees Show clear control at top of the movement
