No /PURCHASE-ASST-B2/2017/Admn Sealed, superscribed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of various medicines on rate contract basis for a period of one year to the Calicut University Health Centre. The tender form and general conditions can be downloaded from the University website ( for which separate chalan/drafts should be enclosed. Sealed tenders with DDs towards cost of tender form (0.2% of the cost of tender rounded to the nearest multiple of 100 subject to a minimum of Rs.400+ GST@12% and a maximum of Rs. 1,500+ GST@12%) and EMD (1% of the quoted rate subject to a minimum of Rs.1,500/-) drawn in favour of the Finance Officer should be submitted to The Deputy Registrar, Purchase Division. The amount quoted should be inclusive of all charges. The rates quoted should include taxes and all other charges including charges for delivery of the articles at the University Health Centre. The necessary superscription, due date for the receipt of tenders, the date up to which the rates will have to remain firm for acceptance and the name and address of officer to whom the quotation is to be sent, are noted above.
