27 Activities: Champlain Valley Topic: Nutrition and Physical Activity Partnered with Vermont Department of Health to amplify the communication campaign that increases awareness of the benefits of physical activity and good nutrition to prevent chronic diseases, including cancer. Partnered with three health district offices to incorporate into their worksite wellness efforts.

Conducted a training to equip Community Health Workers with tools and knowledge to promote colorectal cancer prevention through healthy eating and increased physical activity.
