The LMA New England Annual Conference will be attended by marketing and business development professionals responsible for the development and management of marketing policy and strategy in their law firm as well as those who implement the tactical marketing goals. The LMA New England Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the name badges. BREAKFAST PARTNER ($1,500) The Annual Conference will kick off the Tuesday session with a breakfast for all attendees. As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the keynote speaker session, while thanking you for providing the breakfast for all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA New England Conference materials including the conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference. Finally, there will be tent signs identifying your company as the breakfast sponsor set up at each table where the attendees will be able to eat their breakfast. The LMA New England Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the tent signs. LUNCH PARTNER ($1,500) A plated lunch will be served to all attendees at midday on Tuesday as a break between morning and afternoon sessions. As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the lunch, while thanking you for providing the lunch for all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA New England Conference materials including the conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference. Finally, there will be tent signs identifying your company as the lunch sponsor set up at each table. The LMA New England Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the tent signs.

5 COCKTAIL RECEPTION (Monday Evening) PARTNER ($1,500) After Monday night s leadership panel, a cocktail reception will be hosted for all guests attending the conference. As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the Monday night program, while thanking you for providing cocktails for all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA New England Conference materials including the conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference. Finally, there will be signs identifying your company as the cocktail reception sponsor set up around the networking area. The LMA New England Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the branded signs. New this year, this sponsorship will gain you access to all conference attendees for a 25 minute TED style talk during the lunch program on

DEVICE CHARGING STATION SPONSOR ($1,500) Help us keep our attendees fully charged! New this year, the conference will have a charging station placed near the exhibit hall for attendees to charge their cell phones, computers and electronic devices. Along with displaying your logo at the Station, your logo will also be displayed on all LMA New England Conference materials including the conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference. CLOSING RECEPTION & RAFFLE SPONSOR (Tuesday) PARTNER ($1,000) Help us wrap up our successful conference with a networking cocktail and raffle reception. As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the Tuesday conference, while thanking you for providing cocktails for all attendees at the end of the day. LMA New England welcomes the discussion of alternative partnership proposals with potential service provider partners. 7 HOW DO I BECOME A SERVICE PROVIDER PARTNER FOR THE 2016 CONFERENCE? Please return the completed two page application below. A full payment is due upon receipt of confirmation (by September 14, 2016, for inclusion in conference brochure). Opportunities for service provider partners will be taken up quickly and all partnerships should be secured as soon as possible. Service provider partnerships will be given based upon a first come, firstserved basis with exhibit assignment priority given to Gold Level Partners. 8 2016 LMA New England Annual Conference PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment may be submitted via check made payable to "Legal Marketing Association New England Chapter. We will also have online payments available in the coming weeks. Any cancellations must be made in writing to Kate Boucher at Cancellations received before October 4, 2016, will result in a 50% payment forfeiture. No refunds will be issued after that date. The acceptance of this application shall be at the discretion of LMA New England and upon acceptance, becomes o contract. By completing and signing this application, the undersigned agrees to comply with, and be subject to, the terms and conditions contained within it. LMA New England reserves the right to refuse or deny sponsorship and exhibit space at the 2016 LMA New England Annual Conference. This application, along with payment, must be submitted in order to secure a conference partnership opportunity.
