Is a great class for those looking for relaxation and to increase their physical flexibility. Hatha Yoga Wednesdays January 8 th to April 16 th 6:30 8:00 p.m. For all Levels this Hatha yoga class both stretches and strengthens the whole body and is a great way to increase energy and reduce stress. This class focuses on proper alignment in yoga postures, breathing techniques, and aims to increase participant's body awareness. Instructor Tori Lunden: Tori has been teaching yoga in Edmonton for four years. She's completed Hatha teacher training programs with Yoga Works, Yogi Vishvaketu and the World Conscious Yoga Family, and Yin Yoga training with Paul Grilley. Registration Cost either session for 15 classes -$ for members of any Edmonton Community League -$145 for non-members. 4 PLAYGROUND NEWS Avonmore Playground Committee would like to Thank Jesse Sichnkaryk from Ultimate Gradall Inc & Black Top Paving Who donated the fill for our sledding hill and Classic Landscape for the construction of Phase II On Nov 14 we completed Phase II of our playground and the kids were able to enjoy it!! Thanks to all who have made Phase I & II possible. We are still raising money for Phase III which we hope to complete in Summer of 2014 All Donations over $25 will receive a tax receipt.
