10 What: 2017 Imagination Ball To Benefit The American Cancer Society A fabulous event celebrating 34 years on Marco Island where we come together for a memorable evening. It s not about the party; it s why we give the party. The donations we receive through the Imagination Ball make a significant impact in the fight against cancer. All of this progress is accomplished through donations from our community. Attendees include social, philanthropic, professional, business and community leaders. In our area, the American Cancer Society provides patient services such as Look Good Feel Better, Road To Recovery, support group and resource rooms (which include free wigs, turbans and scarfs). All of these services are free and you can receive more information by visiting or calling the local office. This is a perfect opportunity for you or your organization to make a difference in the fight against cancer as well as be a part of a well-established event in our community. We have many volunteers who are involved in producing this special evening so that no detail is overlooked. The funds raised will go to finding treatments, developing preventative measures and ultimately finding a cure for cancer.
