Scholarship News We are pleased to announce that AWSCPA Los Angeles Affiliate awarded a $1,000 scholarship to an accounting student at Cal State University Los Angeles in November It is AWSCPA Los Angeles Affiliate s great pleasure to award scholarships to local accounting students who have worked hard to maintain high GPAs. If you or someone you know is interested in donating money to AWSCPA Los Angeles Affiliate s scholarship fund, please make a check payable to: AWSCPA Foundation. The donation payments should clearly note "AWSCPA-LA Scholarship Fund" when they come in by mail, , fax or phone. And a big thank you to Barbara, for hosting this wonderful event. We all had a great time eating, drinking and talking the night away! Congratulations to: Dina Britten for passing the Certified Financial Planner exam and receiving her CFP license in December 2013! Also for her new position on the Board of Directors at CalCPA!
