2 INVITATION The Australian Vascular Access Society s (AVAS) 2019 Scientific Meeting will be held at the Parkroyal Parramatta, May This Vascular Access Meeting is a relatively new and exciting addition to the Scientific Meeting schedule in Australia, and brings together a multidisciplinary cohort of doctors, nurses, and scientists from a range of fields and setting, all with a passion for improving Vascular Access care. The Walk the Line Scientific Meeting will include the latest of all devices and technology. The program will include keynote speakers in Vascular Access research and practice from across the globe. We anticipate the superb location in the beautiful city of Parramatta 23 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district on the banks of the Parramatta River. Parramatta is the administrative seat of the City of Parramatta and is often regarded as the second CBD of Sydney and will attract great interest from both national and international delegates. 14 GENERAL INFORMATION The registration included in the purchase of an exhibition pod includes access to sessions, tea breaks and lunches. For additional staff who do not wish to access the sessions, a day pass can be purchase at $150 per person per day. Priority of placement within the exhibition will be sold in accordance with the date of application receipt. An exhibition manual containing information on move in and out times will be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors closer to the event. CONDITIONS Payment of a 50% deposit is within one month of confirmation of your sponsorship and exhibition selections. Final payment is due 10 March Failure to pay your sponsorship and exhibition invoice may result in your sponsorship item or exhibition stand being released for sale. 17 TERMS & CONDITIONS The Meeting Host and the Organiser will take all diligent care to fulfil the listed Sponsorship commitments. The Sponsors are responsible for providing all their requirements e.g. banners, promotional material, satchel inserts and any other material. Organisations are required to make the necessary deposit payment for the package within one month of confirmation of your booking selection, and Final Payment due by no later than 10 March Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the Meeting.
