4 2018 Winter and Fall Conferences The Events Conference offers general sessions for practice executives. It features top notch speakers and education, along with valuable networking opportunities. The Attendees Historically, medical practice executives from around the state of Ohio convene bi-annually for these events. Medical group administrators, executives, managers, health administration students and faculty make up the conference roster. Our attendees are leaders and decision makers within their organization. Networking Conference on site meal functions and networking breaks provide an all-too-rare opportunity for attendees to catchup with old acquaintances and make new ones. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend sessions and meals with our conference attendees for additional networking time and education. Exhibitor Schedule *due to our contract with the facility and liability issues, exhibitors may not set-up prior to the time listed below. Ohio MGMA reserves the right to modify or change the schedule. Exhibit fees include a 6 draped table, electricity, wireless internet access, chair(s), registration and all meals listed on agenda for exhibit personnel, organization listing in conference program, and a pre and post conference attendance contact list in excel format. The cost to add additional booth personnel is $120 per person. Exhibit space is sold first come, first served with priority placement given to Corporate Sponsors. Only Business Associate Members of may exhibit at our conferences. Vendors selling products/services to provisors may not attend this conference unless participating as an exhibitor or sponsor.

The following custom sponsorships do include (1) conference registration so that your organization representative can attend the conference. Our website hosts association and educational announcements and a variety of other resources for members and non-members: conference & event information, online registration, legislative advocacy center, a job board, sponsor and affiliate directory, forum discussion boards and "Members Only areas which includes our membership directory. We consistently update, post new information and drive our members and nonmembers to our website for information. 7 Exhibitor & Sponsor Terms and Conditions Defined Terms: a. The Term means the Ohio Medical Group Management Association and each of its respective officers, directors, staff, agents and representatives. b. The conferences and all portions thereof, are owned, sponsored, produced and managed by the Ohio Medical Group Management Association. c. The term Exhibitor means, collectively, the company or person that applied for exhibit space and agreed to enter into the contract upon acceptance by. d. The term Sponsor means, collectively, the company or person that applied for sponsorship and agreed to enter into the contract upon acceptance by. Qualifications of and Exhibitor or Sponsor: will in its own discretion, determine whether a prospective exhibitor or sponsor is eligible to participate in the conferences and events. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $300 per booth will be charged to Exhibitors who cancel 45 days prior to the start date of any conference date or event for which they have committed to with. Exhibitors may not engage in any illegal activities for the duration of the Show. e. Show management reserves the right to reject, remove or prohibit any exhibit or display in whole or in part, or any exhibitor or its representatives if, in the opinion of Show management, the exhibit or the activities of the Exhibitor or its representatives violates the registration application/order form/contract, the Rules or Regulations, or are detrimental to the goals and purposes of the Show. f. Prohibited or inappropriate conduct which results in the exhibitor removal will also result in the forfeiture of all exhibit fees, or any other fees; the Exhibitor will remain liable for any damages due to its actions. g. Use of a booth space by two or more firms is not permitted. Subletting of space is not permitted. h. Any exhibitor who is a no show, meaning that the booth is not set up and staffed by the show opening time, without prior permission, will forfeit his/her booth space for the duration of the Show. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation on the exhibitor s part, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Show management will replace a no shows booth space as it determines is in the best interest of the Ohio MGMA Show. i. Conference attendees, exhibitors and sponsors may not invite guests or clients into any areas or events contracted or hosted by without being properly registered by. Guest or clients found in contracted areas without proper registration and documentation will be asked to leave or pay the full conference registration fee in order to stay. Promotional Errors: will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Show s attendee lists, attendee program, websites, newsletter or any other promotional or on-site materials. Ohio MGMA assumes no responsibility for having included the name of a cancelled or no show exhibitor in material related to the Ohio MGMA Show.
