1 June 15, 2014 Dear Club Presidents, FFRW Club Awards Memo As you know, this year the FFRW is celebrating 64 years of smart politics for women! With your club s continued dedication and stellar leadership, and we will continue to grow our membership. We will move beyond our previous accomplishments in technology, leadership and the education and promotion of women candidates for office. The purpose of the awards program is to help make each club a huge success. Using the awards as a blueprint, every club can achieve excellence and the FFRW will run more efficiently. The FFRW Awards are based on statewide programs beneficial to organizing our activities and growing the FFRW in terms of membership, new club development, legislative activism, community involvement and especially campaign activities. The beginning date for these awards is listed as January 1, Please note that the Awards will be briefly presented to clubs at the 2016 Spring Board Meeting in Tallahassee (and then posted in the Members Only section of our FFRW website). FFRW does require every club president to attend our Annual Spring Board meeting and Tally Days, or send another elected officer as a proxy. Please reach out to Kim Carroll, FFRW Secretary, if you need help with any part of the Club Awards. Thank you again for stepping up to leadership in this pivotal time in America s history! Warmest regards, Cynthia Cynthia Henderson FFRW President Florida Federation of Republican Women cyhenderson@me.com
