3 Hotel Accommodations A discounted room rate of $139 per night has been negotiated with the hotel for all conference attendees and exhibitors. This rate is available until Oct 14, Please call (401) and mention the Summit for Clinical Excellence to receive this rate or book your room HERE. Registration To ensure that we have a badge waiting for you and/or your colleagues, please be sure to register for the event. To register yourself or your colleagues for the complimentary passes you received as part of your exhibit package, or to purchase additional full conference passes, please visit the Exhibitor Portal HERE. To claim your complimentary passes, please use the code indicated in the body of the you received. Your code is the same as the contract number included on the contract you signed for this event. If you are unsure of your contract number, please contact Ellen Kelley at NOTE: Complimentary Full Conference Passes MAY NOT be divided into multiple Single-Day Passes. Attendee Raffle and Grand Prize Drawing During Networking Breaks throughout the conference, there will be a variety of prize drawings. These raffles generate interest amongst the attendees and encourage networking with the Exhibitors. All Exhibitors are welcome to participate. Please note that raffle items can be as simple as a gift certificate to the bookstore or a Starbucks gift card. 4 Exhibit Space Your exhibit space is 6 wide and 8 deep. You will be provided with one 6 x 30 draped table and one chair. In order to ensure continuity and fairness in the Exhibit Area, please plan ahead for this space. Exhibitor Tabletop Set Up and Tear Down Set Up: Wednesday, November 2 6pm-7pm or November 3 7am-7:30am Tear Down: Friday, November 4 3:30pm Power and Other Rental Items If you would like complimentary power, please submit your facility name HERE.
