5 Sponsorship Opportunities: Hosted Events at the NATSAP Annual Conference Hotel The National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP) recognizes that NATSAP member programs, exhibitors and sponsors have increasing needs for space and time to host ancillary and satellite events. To facilitate this need, NATSAP has made available time and space in NATSAP-controlled meeting space for our sponsors, exhibitors or member programs to hold hosted events which do not compete or conflict with the official NATSAP conference held at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass from January 25 27, Companies that are not currently registered as sponsors, exhibitors or are not current NATSAP program members are not eligible for ancillary space requests. The Sponsorship fee for this opportunity is $500. This sponsorship includes the hotel room rental fee, advertisement of the event in the conference brochure and a one-time sent to all registered conference attendees to be used to invite participants to your event ( will include hosted event info for all sponsors). This opportunity is first come-first served, as space is very limited. Note: Organizers are responsible for making all arrangements (i.e. F&B, AV, and signage) directly with the venue once space has been approved and assigned by NATSAP. Organizers are responsible for providing, setting-up, and removing signage for the event. NOTE: All exhibitors receive a 6ft. table and two chairs. Booth structures are prohibited. Pop-up banners (behind the table) and small tabletop displays are permitted. Please plan your booth/table displays and sign structures accordingly.
