Eric Krimm has been nominated and has now accepted the Board position as Club President. We congratulate him in his new position and ask that everyone give him your full support. Thank you Eric! We held our monthly club meeting last Tuesday at the Pleasanton Black Bear Diner. If you were unable to make it, we re sorry, and hope that you will make the next one. Conducted our normal business meeting and completed our past agenda items including voting in our new Club President. Tony Godrich provided the Treasure s report and Bill McGibbon provided the District 36 report. Tony reported that we are current on our club bills and we still a few dollars in the coffers to cover ant forecasted expenses for the May 2016 Fools Gold. If all works as planned we will be donation time and some money toward a new set of tires on the Gas Trailer we have using for our events. Bill report that there has been several event reschedules in both the D-36 Cross Country and Enduro events. Be sure to double check the D36.org web site to get the most recent and up to date rescheduled event dates. Our Fools Gold date of May 1, 2016 is still firm and your CERA Club Endruo Committee is moving ahead with the upfront administrative duties. The permits application is in, the course map has been submitted, AMA Sanction, Event Insurance, Rider Finishing Pins ordered, Porta Pots, Radio Club and the National Motorcycle Patrol all have alerted to our event date. Rick Guidice has been working on a couple of dated to organize a Work Weekend to clear any wind fall one our event only trails. This will be coming soon in early April. Check with Rick to confirm the dates if you would like to

2 Continued get up to Mace Mill and help out. This would be a great opportunity to get a chance to learn the trails we use for the event. We have five Section Leaders who have volunteered to take on the course sections for the Fools Gold. They are: Ed Silva, Bob Jones, Bill Blocker, Paul Machi and Kris Wilson. We will need your help please mark the date down and try to make it up. I have contacted many of you and have you listed down to work the various sections. If you haven t been contacted yet I will be calling you and/or e- mailing you asking for your help. Many of us will be getting up there on Thursday April 26 th to get the camp Sign-In area set up while others arriving on Friday to start the course markings. The goal is of course is to get it all ready by Saturday. If you have any questions regarding the crewing for the event give me a call. As always, there is a lot going on with the LAO Legislative part of the club. There has been plenty of activity in the El Dorado National Forest. Come to the monthly meetings and stay connected. It s your club and it is only as good as the people and membership that support it. I understand that as a CERA member I will not be allowed to participate as an entrant in any competitive events sponsored by CERA (ask about exceptions). I further agree to comply with and fulfill the minimum requirements as explained below. Dues: Membership expires at the end of December of each year regardless of when joined during the year. Full and New Membership = $40 per year Life Members = Free (Donations strongly encouraged) - Life membership applies after 15 years as a full member. Full Member - Must fulfill, each year, the requirements listed under "Member Obligations". Life Member - Must fulfill, each year, the requirements listed under "Member Obligations". Life membership is accomplished after completing 15 years as a Full Member. New Member - Will be on probationary status for a minimum of three (3) months from the date of this application and will have no voting rights during this probation. Probation ends when demonstration of participation occurs. Inactive Member Life members that are no longer active. Member Obligations: 1. Attended six (6) CERA general meetings held the second Tuesday of each month and assist in at least one CERA Enduro Meet.
