I want to work closely with you, guiding you towards medical and lifestyle changes that can help keep you on the path to long-term wellness and improve your quality of life. Unfortunately, the current insurance climate makes the delivery of this service increasingly difficult, if not impossible. That is why I now offer a Concierge Choice program that allows me the extra time needed to provide you with personalized care and a level of attention and service that I believe is so important. As a concierge member, I will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week should you need me. From relaxed office visits that generally start on time, to coordinating and advocating for you with specialists, the concierge program allows me to care for your physical and emotional needs in an environment that is conducive to your personal health and well-being. The annual membership fee for the program is $1,800 and can be made payable via credit card, check or automatic deduction. There are easy payment plans available as well. I can help you secure appointments with specialists and coordinate your care. I can also help you understand your medical situation in the context of your whole health history, and assist you in making important decisions regarding your care. Dedicated Time Personalized Care Special hours dedicated to the concierge program allow me to offer same-day or next-day appointments that are much more relaxed in nature. We can spend time discussing not just the particular issue troubling you at the moment, but also your health as a whole, with a greater emphasis on life style coaching and preventive wellness.
