2 INTRODUCTION AN INVITATION TO SPONSORSHIP In 2017, InsideNGO marks a major milestone as we celebrate our 40th anniversary. Since our inception in 1977 when a group of young international development practitioners met at a workshop for financial managers in Washington, DC, realized they faced common challenges, and began sharing their ideas and solutions we have expanded and grown into the essential community for operations professionals in the relief and development community. This July, we will convene more than 1,200 professionals in our member community for our annual conference. As in years past, our attendees will share new insights, explore practical solutions, and connect with their fellow experts in development. This year, we will also be offering them something new: the chance to celebrate 40 years of member excellence, during a special anniversary dinner on the evening of July 19. Add other company representatives for a small additional fee of $325 per person. Exhibit space consists of one pre-assigned booth: choose between an 8-foot space that includes a 6-foot skirted table, cloth backdrop, two chairs, and a waste basket or there are a limited number of 10-foot spaces for larger exhibits available that include the same equipment. Please note that additional furniture can be obtained from our partner, Freeman. Additional services such as high-speed internet, telephone services, electricity, and A/V equipment can be obtained through our convention center partner, Freeman, for additional fees. 8
