From its eight charter members in the US, Christian Schools International has grown into an organization that supports schools throughout North America and around the world. Today, thousands of Christian teachers and administrators rely on us for teaching materials, management resources, consultation, training, and community support. Why Christian Schools International? This sponsorship builds your brand, keeps your organization top-of-mind, and helps you develop lasting relationships with decision makers. Gold Level Sponsorship is $8,500. Your organization s sales efforts will benefit from the visibility as a Leader Sponsor of the Christian Schools International Leadership Conference. Sponsorship includes hosting a workshop, exhibit space, two event tickets, attendee mailing list, distribution of materials at the event, and sponsor recognition in the event marketing materials and program. Gold sponsors are asked to provide Christian Schools International with a one year member discount program. In return, your organization will receive special recognition in an announcement to all of our 14,000 member contacts, introducing you as a gold sponsor and promoting your member discount program. Our webinars are very popular and we will design two of them around your products! The webinars will give you the opportunity to interact directly with attendees who are specifically interested in your product solutions. Two promotional blasts will also be sent to our full membership list during the year to promote your member discount program. Christian Schools International s website has over 200,000 unique page views per month! Your organization will receive recognition for 12 months with a linked logo. Your organization will benefit from high visibility as an Action Sponsor of the Christian Schools International Leadership Conference for more than 100 administrators. Sponsorship includes hosting a hospitality party for attendees, exhibit space, two event tickets, and recognition in the event marketing materials. For this event, we will provide you with the event attendee mailing lists to further your organization s efforts in gaining deeper access to your target market. Christian Schools International s website has over 200,000 unique page views per month! Your organization will receive recognition for 12 months with a linked logo. Between Members enews is sent to 14,000 member school administrators and teachers. Your organization will be listed six times with a linked logo. Signature: Terms and Conditions These are the terms and conditions of the 12 month sponsorship agreement from , between the sponsor and Christian Schools International. Christian Schools International reserves the sole right to interpret, amend, and enforce these terms and conditions and to establish any further terms not specifically covered below to ensure the successful operation of sponsored events. The sponsor and its employees or contractors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and amendments or additions made to them. Eligible Sponsors: The sponsor will encompass those companies or other entities offering materials, products, or services of specific interest to members as determined by Christian Schools International in its sole discretion. Christian Schools International also reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the sponsor s specific marketing campaign before distribution. Only the company whose name appears on this agreement may be placed in print and pre-outlined sponsorship benefits. The sponsor will be identified in all promotions as a gold, silver, or bronze sponsor. Endorsements/Partnerships: Christian Schools International will not endorse a sponsor or identify a sponsor as a partner. Use of the Christian Schools International mailing list, or assistance with publicity does not constitute endorsement or partnership by Christian Schools International. The law permits a nonprofit organization to receive corporate sponsorship income tax free if the sponsorship is linked to a specific event. It is acceptable for Christian Schools International enter into sponsorship agreements with businesses, including e-commerce businesses. Christian Schools International may not enter into a partnership with a business. Partnership implies sharing in the profit and loss of the business and would result in unrelated business income and tax liability. (Unrelated Business Income Tax 5.7.6, 225) Sponsorship Sharing: No sponsor shall reassign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of the sponsorship parameter allotted to the contracting firm without written permission from Christian Schools International prior to the recognition opportunities taking action. Advertisements and Promotion: Christian Schools International reserves the right to refuse placement of any advertisement that it believes to be injurious to the purpose of the publication. The sponsor authorizes Christian Schools International, its employees or agents, to use the sponsor s name to promote events and to solicit other exhibitors for future events. Guarantee: Christian Schools International cannot guarantee by your sponsorship any financial gain to your organization, nor can it guarantee attendance of sponsored events. Christian Schools International reserves the right to substitute any sponsor benefit with a replacement benefit of approximate equal value as determined by Christian Schools International during the 12 month sponsorship. The sponsor will be offered a choice from two replacement benefits. Exhibit Location: Event sponsor space locations are based on a first-come-first-served basis. Christian Schools International reserves the right to make final determination of all space assignments in the best interests of the educational exhibit. Exhibits and Public Policy: The sponsor is charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, and state sales tax while participating in Christian Schools International sponsored events. Compliance with such laws is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the sponsor. Liability for loss, theft, property damage, or destruction and personal injury: The sponsor waives any and all claims against Christian Schools International, its agents or representatives resulting from loss, theft, damage, or destruction to its property or from personal injuries to it, its agents and/or employees. The sponsor assumes full and complete responsibility for any damage that may occur when moving exhibit materials in or out of facility, or destruction of property of others, or person(s) participating in sponsored events. The sponsor thereby waives any right or indemnification which it may have against Christian Schools International, its agents or representatives for any and all claims arising from sponsorship and/or exhibiting. Christian Schools International, its agents or representatives will not be liable for the fulfillment of this lease as to delivery of space if non-delivery is due to the property being uninhabitable or for any other causes beyond Christian Schools International s control. Insurance: Christian Schools International has not purchased insurance of any kind for the benefit of the sponsor, nor is it under any obligation to do so. The sponsor will obtain appropriate insurance coverage when attending Christian Schools International events, including exhibitor move in and move out days. Change of time, place, or floor plan: Event management shall have the right to change the location, time, and floor plan of sponsored events. Refunds/Cancellations: A 50% refund will be made for cancellations submitted before the sponsor registration deadline. In no event will a refund be made for a cancellation after the sponsor registration deadline. No refunds will be made if the exhibit space engaged is not used. Facility Rules: The sponsor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the building in which the event takes place. Exhibits must be set up and dismantled within the hours specified in the event schedule. Acceptance: Once the sponsor signs the sponsorship agreement and returns it to Christian Schools International, the above terms and conditions are officially in effect. This agreement shall not be binding until accepted by Christian Schools International. The sponsor s sponsorship promotions may not compete with Christian Schools International s products or services. Christian Schools International reserves the right to cancel a sponsorship if the sponsor s mission, products and/or services, are not aligned with the mission of Christian Schools International. At the end of the agreement terms, both parties will have the opportunity to cancel or renew.
