Spring is the time of renewal and there is nothing more soul-gratifying than a 7-day retreat that allows you to unplug from your daily life. Breathe, stretch, unwind, and indulge yourself in a level of self-care like never before. Sacred time creates space for the emergence of your greatest self. This retreat will allow your heart and head connect in a way that you may have never experienced before and will leave you feeling grounded, connected and powerful in your being. We are hosting this event at one of the finest yoga resort and retreat sanctuaries in the world. Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is located in the foothills of Nosara and is a short walk from the world class surfing beaches of Guiones, Costa Rica. It offers high-end accommodations, superb dining experience, world class yoga, gym, spa, juice bar and boutique. Utilizing its unique and tranquil setting in the Nicoya Blue Zone, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is the ideal spot to meet your desires of finding peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation. This retreat will be all about healing your soul & body. These 7 days are YOUR time and you decide what you feel drawn to do during your stay. Every aspect of your being has been considered when we chose Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort to host this event. The food, ocean, on-site spa, accommodations and physical placement of this retreat centre in Costa Rica are magical. 2 What's Included? Along with the extraordinary location and retreat sanctuary, your retreat includes: 8 days/7 nights at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. 2 Daily classes of yoga led by Michelle & Cindy that will range in style and focus. You do not need to be a seasoned student for this retreat. Each one of The Yoga Shack s classes explores the space between effort and ease and is meant for any individual who shows up on the mat. Morning classes will be vinyasa flow and afternoon classes will range from restorative to gentle yoga. Some workshop style. Daily meditation, breathing and grounding practices. Plenty of time to explore and relax 3 nutritious meals/day (all dietary needs accommodated) Breakfast is served between 7-9 am, lunch between 12-2 pm and dinner from pm. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available. Group airport transfer to/from Liberia International Airport (2 hour trip)

3 A typical day during this retreat: 7:00-7:45 am Meditation & pranayama (breathing practice) 7:45-9am Morning Yoga Flow 12:00-1:00pm Lunch together 1:00-5:00pm Free time and/or optional activities with the group (beach/bike riding/town) 5:00-6pm Restorative Yoga or Restore & Flow 6:30-8:00pm Dinner Workshops offered: Philosophy, Yoga 101, Inversions & Arm balances for all levels Other activities throughout the week: Sound Healing, Kirtan, group beach, bike riding and special program announced closer to retreat date. 3 optional Group Excursions will be offered: 1. 4 Getting There Liberia is the closest international airport and is a 2.5 hour drive from Nosara. Round trip shuttles are easily arranged with Bodhi. You can also fly into San Jose (with connecting flights on Nature Air between San Jose and Nosara); however, Liberia is the preferred airport. There are usually scheduled direct flights between Toronto and Liberia as well as Toronto and San Jose with both West Jet and Air Canada Airlines. A valid passport is mandatory to enter Costa Rica. For Canadians it is accepted a passport with a minimum of one day of validity from the entry date to Costa Rica. Michelle DeNicola & Cindy Valentine

Submission of the registration form along with receipt of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and cancellation policy. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I, on my own behalf, release, discharge and hold harmless the Certified Yoga teachers, The Yoga Shack, LLC, Cindy Valentine and Michelle DeNicola, and officers, directors, employees, agents, landlords, lessees, sponsors and franchisees (hereafter the "Released Parties ) from any and all liability for injury to myself, my property or other persons property, arising out of or in connection with, or caused in any manner by my participation in the yoga program, retreat or classes. I acknowledge I hereby have been advised to consult, and have consulted, with my physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that I now have, previously have had and/or now may have that may affect my participation and ability to participate in and to endure a Yoga practice and instruction. In the event that I become ill or injured during or as a result of participation in the Yoga practice, I hereby authorize the Released Parties to arrange for such emergency medical attention as they, in their sole judgment, may deem to be required to preserve my life.
