Bth events give attendees a first-hand experience with lcal venues that are available t hst meetings & events. MPI Pittsburgh has traditinally held meetings n the first Wednesday f every mnth; hwever, a creative prpsal ffering a different date r times f the day will be cnsidered. Purpse f RFP: MPI-Pittsburgh Chapter is seeking industry partners interested in fully hsting chapter mnthly educatinal meetings and/r netwrking events by prviding an in-kind dnatin f fd, beverage, audi visual, and meeting space. Benefits f Hsting a Chapter Meeting: By fully hsting an event at yur facility, yur prperty will get direct expsure t meeting planners, suppliers, and their guests. Yu will have the pprtunity t shwcase yur prperty t all attendees during the event. This can include fd & beverage creativity, renvatins, new prgrams, etc. The benefit f hsting ne f these events is t assist yur venue in creating a brand status with the lcal clleagues & planners in the industry. Fr yur in-kind dnatin, yu will receive ur HOST spnsrship package increasing the expsure t yur facility.
