A Night With The Stars brings together the community to enjoy wine, beer, cocktails, hor d ouevres, and amazing performances. This annual event highlights six very talented Community Housing Partnership clients. Each performer has experienced homelessness and been selected through an audition process. These talented individuals are paired with local artists who mentor them during months of preparation leading up to April s performance at the SFJAZZ CENTER. Performers have overcome many barriers as a result of their homelessness, and are now able to highlight their talents on stage and with their community. EVENT DEMOGRAPHICS Number in Attendance: The SFJAZZ Center seats 700 people Number Receiving the Invitation: donors and supporters Average Age: 45 Industry Professionals in Attendance: Architecture, Banking, Entertainment, Government, Housing Development, & Nonprofit THE BENEFICIARY Community Housing Partnership s mission is to help homeless people secure housing and become self-sufficient. Community Housing Partnership s unique continuum of services provides the stability, skills, and support clients need to overcome the experience of homelessness. For more than 24 years Community Housing Partnership has helped homeless individuals and families break the cycle of homelessness. Through an integrated network of services, from housing to employment, Community Housing Partnership ensures each client has an individualized pathway to success. Each year Community Housing Partnership s housing and services impacts the lives of over 2,200 adults and children.

There are many exciting changes to this year s event, including our new venue, the SFJAZZ CENTER. This state of the art performing hall will bring a new feeling to the event. This year s theme is Foundations Of Love and we are eager to see each performer s expression of the theme. We will also be honoring three great partners: Supervisor Jane Kim, Trent Rhorer, Executive Director of the San Francisco Human Services Agency, and Farallone Pacific Insurance Services. These three partners helped us create a home for 44 Transitional Age Youth and we are proud to include them as part of A Night With The Stars. This event is Community Housing Partnership s premier fundraiser and plays an important role in the financial support of the organization s work.
