7 SUMMER MEETING EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST: LOCATION: The Trade Show will be held at Mitchell High School, 416 Ledger School Rd, Bakersville, NC It is about two hours from Charlotte and 2.5 hours from Greensboro. You may drop off your booth equipment and supplies at the circle drive at the front entrance upon your arrival. MEETING SCHEDULE: The tradeshow begins at 8:00 AM on Friday, August 17. See the meeting schedule. SET-UP TIMES: Set-up times will be available on Thursday, August 16, 6 PM-7:30 PM or Friday, August 17, 7:30-:8 AM. BOOTH: Your booth space includes a 6-foot rectangular table and two chairs. Please bring your own table cover. Please indicate on the registration form if you d like to display or demonstrate equipment or need additional lunch tickets. BOOTH LOCATION: Please be sure to indicate your booth number preference(s) on your registration form, as well as whether or not you need electricity, and if you are planning on displaying or demonstrating equipment. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first served basis, and according to booth needs. 30 WORDS FORM: Please be sure to fill out the 30 Words form so that we have complete and accurate information about your company to promote to our attendees. DOOR PRIZES & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: If you want to bring a door prize for a raffle, let us know and we ll include the item. You may take names at your booth, or we can include all attendees names. You may also send promotional items and pamphlets in our gift bags. We assemble those prior to the meeting, so you may ship them to our office ahead of time or bring them the day before the meeting.
