Mike, CBT President - Elect Position As NAWIC continues to grow and change; through my commitment, communication and leadership, I will work with members and the national board to continue driving our association forward, provide relevant, valuable resources for our members and increase NAWIC s impact and influence on the industry. Anne K. Pfleger, CIT Vice President Position NAWIC stands out from all the other associations in the construction industry; women can develop their knowledge and skills in a safe all-female environment, which inspires my desire and commitment to serve the membership as your National Vice-President. Jill Hanson, CIT Secretary Position Serving a second term as secretary will allow me to gain more knowledge and experience as I move up the leadership ladder. Doreen Bartoldus, PE, CCM, LEED GA, ENV SP NAWIC is moving forward into the future; our leadership and board have created a vision and a strategic path that I would like to see continue. I would like to be a real part of NAWIC s future success by remaining on the National board. In addition, as treasurer, I will understand the history of where we have been and be able to advise on how to move forward utilizing our members valuable dollars. Ruth A. Fritts Through effective leadership, NAWIC will empower its members to be the leaders that our industry desperately requires. My goals involve growing the organization by developing educational opportunities relevant to its members changing needs, develop programs to help small or struggling chapters to grow their membership and ensure that we are continuing the vision set forth by the strategic plan. It is imperative that we bring value to our members and their companies while continuing to plan for the future.

With over a decade of NAWIC leadership experience, I am committed to identifying and implementing new means and methods to enhance the value of your membership, professional and personal development, and NAWIC experience. Thru leadership, commitment, and communication, I will work to increase NAWIC s influence in the industry and continue to empower members to be the leaders who will change the course of our industry. Through individual and collective voices, our members will impact the industry by changing perceptions of the possibilities and opportunities available to women in construction. Providing opportunities for members to increase their professional skills and knowledge will increase their impact and influence. Pfleger, CIT Vice President Position Region / Chapter: North Central Region / Lima Ohio Area Chapter 374 National: Treasurer, Region Director Regional: Website Editor, NEF Fundraising Chair, Forum Secretary, PEP Chair, Block Kids Co-Chair Chapter: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director As National Vice-President, my commitment will continue to be to all members as we work on accomplishing the mission (objectives) of our Association and providing members the empowerment to be the best in our industry. Some elements to accomplish this are continuing to provide and develop educational webinars to enhance members personal and professional development; enhancing resources/tools for chapters and Region Directors to utilize and make it easier to complete or reduce their position responsibilities. My passion, dedication, understanding of NAWIC s goals and mission along with strong organizational skills, being tech savvy and effectively listen and analyze before voting on what is best for NAWIC as a whole will continue to benefit our Association. As an experienced National Officer, I will continue to diligently work with the National Board, Committees and Staff to effectively build membership and continue increasing opportunities for collaboration to network, support, brainstorm and share best practices.

3 Jill Hanson, CIT Secretary Position Region / Chapter: Southeast Region / Tampa Chapter 36 National: Secretary, Region Director Regional: Strategic Plan Chair Chapter: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Director This organization continues to be a guiding light on my professional development. The relationships that I have built in this organization are solid and continue to support and push me forward as I strive to learn more and better myself. NAWIC has made some big changes this year and I want to continue to be a part of that driving force that makes important decisions moving forward, affecting both the organization and its members. Through my passion and belief in NAWIC, I believe that I can represent the members effectively.

NAWIC is moving forward and making great strides and I certainly feel I have been a part of impacting that and desire to continue to work with National Staff, the Board and our members to build the NAWIC of the future. As treasurer, I will be responsible for oversight of the finances of the organization. I will be working closely with the other members of the board to safeguard and utilize the funds to the best value and advantage of the members. As a manager, I bring the ability to plan, assess the overall bigger picture and make sound business decisions that will be needed to ensure that the organization prospers. As a part of a management team, I have the ability to effectively listen, think strategically and be a team player. Through effective leadership, NAWIC will empower its members to be the leaders that our industry desperately requires.
