2 Dedicate a Tree Once your Tribute Fund reaches 2,500 we will invite you to dedicate a tree in honour of your loved one in one of the many Woodland Trust sites across the UK, which are easily accessible and you are free to visit at any time. Setting up a Tribute Fund for my mother was the perfect way for my family to donate to PSPA, whilst being able to keep her close in our thoughts. Mum would be very proud of the fact that there is a Pauline Walker Tribute Fund and that all the money raised in her name is going towards helping others living with PSP. 3 Honour Someone Special A Tribute Fund is a wonderful way to honour someone special, whilst providing a focus to help you raise funds for PSPA. Creating a named Tribute Fund will enable you, your family, friends and neighbours to honour someone special; whether you want to fundraise, contribute on birthdays or anniversaries, or make a regular donation. A Tribute Fund may be established in someone s lifetime, or as a memorial to their honour. When you have set up your Tribute Fund you will receive updates on how much has been raised together with information on special fundraising events and initiatives taking place.

The simple step-by-step process means that anyone with internet access can set up a tribute fund website. We also have a dedicated PSPA Tribute Garden, which features all the PSPA Tribute Fund websites which have opted to share their pages with the wider PSP community; although of course you can choose to keep your tribute fund private and personal if you wish. 6 How will a Tribute Fund support the PSP Association? Our aim is that people affected by PSP and CBD feel they do not have to face the future alone. PSP Association is committed to supporting people living with PSP & CBD, and we provide a range of services including a dedicated PSP Helpline, local support groups, and a Specialist Care Advisory Service. Our vision for the future is a World Free of PSP and CBD PSP Association funds and promotes ground-breaking research to improve the lives of everyone affected by PSP and CBD; and we dedicate our resources into finding the causes, treatments and an eventual cure for PSP and CBD. Any donations raised through your Tribute Fund will help support the vital work of the PSP Association, and you can choose whether you would like your donations to fund research, or to fund our care and support services for those living with the condition.
