Business Arising from Nov. 17 accepted format for the highlights page sent to members will begin monthly highlights Humanity Fund Guidelines discussion of using guidelines for asking for donations looked at humanity fund guidelines potential for applications for asking for support Shirley will ask other locals about their processes and applications 5. Health and Safety Report Shane Gibson routing problem internally noted as to why incident reports not forwarded to ETFO 32 Sept 27 Oct 89 Nov 36 Dec violent incident reports submitted (not including CUPE reports) links improved on website new people at the board doing health and safety and roadblocks exist as a result board will be hiring a new health and safety person ETFO needs to on top of issues to help resolve these problems
