October 2016 Newsletter Hunger Fight's Mission: To provide nutritious meals to children and families deemed food insecure and hungry in our local communities. Over the past three years Hunger Fight has packaged and distributed 2,480,204 meals for children and families in need. Visit our Website First "Chip Away Hunger" Golf Tournament We had our First "Chip Away Hunger" Golf Tournament at Windsor Parke Golf Club. We had great turn out and lots of fun! Looking forward

2 to having our next one. Special Needs Class at North Jax. Baptist Church We had a blast packing meals with this fun group at North Jax. Baptist Church. Packing with the Special Needs Class was such an honor and such a special experience! We hope to pack with them again and again! Thank you for allowing us to be there! THIS SEASON'S JAGUARS CONCESSION STAND PROGRAM IS IN FULL SWING! We man concession stand #118 at the stadium in cooperation with Dick's Wings!

KATE & JUSTIN ROSE FOUNDATION UCF PACKING EVENT We were blessed to host the Kate & Justin Rose Foundation UCF Packing Event at the UCF Arena! We packed with a group of students doing community Service for the day around the campus! Our group was amazing and they did an incredible job! Help support Hunger Fight! We sent 8 pallets of meals to Haiti through the Hispanic Health Council of Jacksonville! We were so glad we had the meals on hand and were able to be a part of this worthy cause!
