Held at the Doubletree Hotel & Spa, cveniently located Internatial Drive in Orlando, Florida, this cference is the ly gathering specifically about Behcet s Disease in the United States, and it ly occurs ce every three years. Behcet s disease is an autoimmune disease that can cause severe arthritis, blindness, brain impairment as well as a host of other debilitating problems that affect thousands of men, women and children in the United States. It leaves patients feeling depressed and ale while they suffer in pain. This year, for the first time, the Natial Medical Cference for Behcet s Disease has been CME Accredited by the University of Michigan. This new status will attract Physicians and other Healthcare Professials and the cvenient, warm locati will attract even more patients than we ve had in past years. With over 125 patients already registered, this year s cference is sure to be our biggest ever! This cference has 14 informati-packed sessis during Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and the vendor area is directly outside the cference hall and eating area where cference participants dwell between sessis and during breaks. Because of the very persal and intense nature of this cference, we are limiting participati to 25 vendors. Vendor registratis will be reviewed at a first come, first served basis. 2 - GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION - VENDOR EXHIBIT HOURS Friday, April 23 8am to 6pm Saturday, April 24 8am to 6pm Please make sure that your table is staffed during these hours. Note that there are no exhibit hours Sunday, April 25 th. REGISTRATION Your space will be reserved up receipt of the fee and completed registrati form. The ABDA reserves the right to decline vendor registratis if accepting the registrati may result in excessive representati of a product type or service. Special requests will be hored when possible. VENDOR FEES AND SPACE The fee for a 6 x 30 draped and skirted table with two chairs is $100. Electric is available in standard outlets alg the walls. Please indicate if electric is needed. Internet Access is available at an additial cost please call for details if needed. To be included in Program Guide, vendors must be registered by March 30, Cancellatis received by March 30 th are eligible for a 50% refund. After March 30 th, this refund is dependant our ability to resell the space. If registrati is declined at the discreti of the ABDA, fee is returned in full. REFRESHMENTS Cference participants are served breakfast and lunch each cference day, as well as snacks and coffee. Vendors can purchase meal bracelets for $30 per pers per day if they wish to take advantage of these meals. HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS Vendors can use the ABDA guest room rate of $99 + tax per night for their stay. 3 General Vendor Informati, Ctinued VENDOR SET UP AND BREAKDOWN Vendors must have tables set up prior to Welcome Party (hosted in the same area) Saturday & Sunday 7am (prior to 8am breakfast start). SECURITY The main vendor area remains open to the public and is not locked in the evening, however tables can be moved into the cference room (which will be locked) ce sessi hours are over each day. Please note that the hotel is not respsible for any items left in public areas or meeting space. PARKING & UNLOADING Parking is free for guests of the ABDA at the hotel. There is a loading area lift door outside Ontario room (Where the cference will be held) DOOR PRIZES, SPONSORSHIPS & ADVERTISING As an incentive for cference participants to visit each vendor display, vendors are requested to furnish a door prize, which will be raffled off by the ABDA at the Member Welcome Party Thursday Evening. While we understand that vendors may hold their own raffles, our cference participants look forward to these raffles. This also gives the opportunity to advertise your company. Raffle prizes are to be delivered to the ABDA Desk no later than Thursday 5pm. Your participati is encouraged and appreciated. We have cference spsorships available. You can spsor the Welcome Party, or become a general Cference Spsor at the Platinu, Gold, or Silver level. This is another opportunity for vendors to receive additial recogniti and show their support. These spsorships include a table, program book logo and other benefits. See spsor form for details. Also, we are offering space for advertising or journal ads in our program book. This book is kept as an important educatial tool by all of our participants. Additial copies are also sold to those who could not attend the event a first come, first served basis. See spsor form for details. Lastly, we have a tremendous opportunity to spsor a crucial element in educating the Medical Professi and raising awareness amg patients. With enough spsors, we will be able to record and post this amazing cference as an -line CME accredited Webinar for an entire year.
