20 Shine on Hollywood Magazine welcomes the opportunity to introduce to our loyal readers, Munni Irone, The Philanthropy Queen of Beverly Hills. Who is Munni Irone? Munni irone is the queen of people s hearts. She s a philanthropist who serves society, from the homeless of Los Angeles to the elite in Hollywood and around the world. People feel loved by her and in return they give her love as well. She has not been trained to do this, she just shares her positive Chi and her lifestyle. She doesn't want to tell people what to do, so she shares how she solves her own issues through calmness. I WANT THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD TO SHARE THEIR FORTUNE WITH THE UNFORTUNATE. I KNOW I CANNOT CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD, HOWEVER, I CAN MAKE A POSITIVE GLOBAL IMPACT VIA WISDOM AND THE ARTS. What inspires you? What inspires me is serving the people and the Universe. As a child I just wanted to be a philanthropist and my mother always wondered what kind of crazy profession that was! A few people have impacted my life: my Sifu from China, J. Krishnamurti, Dr. Hong Tao Tze from An Era of Conscience and Lili Bosse. Lili Bosse made me aware of the benefits of promoting my city. Since then, I ve been focused in helping the shopkeepers as a philanthropist. Another inspiration is when people bless me and pray for me. This is something one has to earn. I just want to be remembered as a philanthropist of people's heart: The Philanthropy Queen of Beverly Hills. I interview people and ask them to describe what comes to their mind when they hear the name Beverly Hills: rich, glamour, heartless, arrogance and show-off were some of the responses. I want people around the world to think of Beverly Hills as a city of philanthropists. What was it about the Arts for Peace Awards that initially inspired you and why is it important to you? The Arts for Peace Awards is the first ever collective celebration of the arts of every culture around the world. The purpose of these awards is to demonstrate to each nation how important their culture is to the whole fabric of our world despite diversity and different cultures, it is through art that we can experience all cultures as one person with one creative mind and heart. I am concerned about the future of this world. I know that via wisdom and the arts we can align people. How was the idea for this project born and how have you nurtured it along? I groomed myself to be a global peace leader. I was searching and it came to me at this time of my life, to finish my life s purpose and establish a system to sustain it even after I die. The Arts for Peace Awards will support our city and the entire world. Dr. Hong Tao Tze from An Era of Conscience has already formed a community aware for the need of global solidarity that it s imperative and urgently needed. I m the product of belonging in a community of love and peace. It's important to me because I have grandkids and the world is at its lowest 20 > SHINE ON HOLLYOOOD MAY-JUNE 2016

21 point when it comes to culture, wisdom and faith. There is just one Lord, one universe, one energy. Surrendering made my life simpler. I work 18 hours a day on my projects, seven days a weekwithout stress. What is the organization's mission? What are you aiming to accomplish? The mission is to combine culture and people around the world via wisdom and the arts. When people have wisdom they don't commit crime. I want to create jobs, revenue, bring fun and contentment to people's life. Art is the way that we can experience the oneness between us all. I believe these awards will not only serve to lift up these wonderful artists and their cultures, but collectively this will lift the cooperation between all nations. How many Arts for Peace Awards categories are there? The awards will be given for master works that best represent a message of peace in the following categories: Dance, Music, Sculpture, Painting, Film, Martial Arts and Culinary Art. Each category will have separate divisions for entries nominated by someone or submitted directly by the artist. The finalists from all the participating countries from each continent will compete for their finalist positions for their continent. These elite finalists will have the honor to compete at the grand culminating event in Beverly Hills. These distinguished winners will be top artists in each of the categories from around the world. The winners will receive cash prizes and scholarships and will be invited as dignitaries and judges for the finale. What do you think the Arts for Peace Awards means today? What do you think it will mean in the future? Educating people with wisdom and the arts is very crucial. In Beverly Hills High and other schools, kids are taking stimulants to stay focused. They are depressed, suicidal, disrespectful to the teachers and parents, far away from moral values and faith. This not good for their mental, emotional and physical health. I m planning to support the Beverly Hills High Arts Department and support wisdom among the kids. Then these kids can reach out to other kids. We have so much to do just to keep ourselves aligned with the universe. I see a positive global change via my proposal. These are all doable things. I want to make sure that my work is done before I die. The Arts for Peace Awards will create positive news, excitement, wisdom, jobs and and as a result, happy communities. It s a big event where the arts and artists from around the world can come to Beverly Hills with hopes of succeeding in Hollywood. What is your source of fund raising? Sponsorships and the Beverly Hills Star Parade. I am requesting all of Hollywood, Bollywood, global leaders and politicians to join me and make the Arts for Peace Awards a great success. The Beverly Hills mayor and councilmen are all my family and all of them care for the city. I am confident they support me. I am not impressed by titles, I see people's energy, their Chi. Positive Chi equals positive living. The way we do one thing is the way we do everything. We cannot please 100% of the people around us, but we can make an effort to reach that goal.
