The room is available for use by:- All Hartlepool Special Needs Support group members and non-members Associated organisation, education, health or social care Non-members within Hartlepool Special Needs Support group remit. ***** Summer Scheme This year we will be based at home base High Tunstall School using the main building and hydrotherapy swimming in block D. Our programme of activities will include outside play, bicycles, bouncy castles, crafts, entertainers, ice cream and swimming, meeting your friends and having fun a safe environment. 4 JOB VACANCIES 21 year old young man with jolly personality living in Hartlepool requires PA to help him participate in activities outside of his own home and provide personal care. Experience of complex needs and epilepsy essential. Home owner with own car preferred. Up to 6 hours a week term time and 9 hours a week in holidays, both flexible and daytime. 9 per hour - please contact office (01429) for further information. Hartlepool Special Needs Support Group Support & Care Support and Care Staff Paid Staff or Volunteer Total 9 days, 5.5hrs per day - Plus induction day For the purpose of this document children and vulnerable young adults will be defined as members Hartlepool Special Needs Support Group is a charity that supports its members who have various disabilities and complex needs and their families and carers. We are looking to appoint caring and enthusiastic support and care staff to work during our 3 week summer program. We are looking to recruit both paid staff and volunteers to support our members with additional and complex needs in a fun environment including swimming, games, group activities and outdoor play. Applicants must be over 18 years of age, honest, caring and strongly motivated. Must be available to work 10am-3.30pm -Mon 23rd July Induction day. Tue 24th, Wed 25th, Thur 26th, Tue 31st July Wed 1st, Thur 2nd, Tue 7th, Wed, 8th, Thur 9th August. Tickets 7.50 available from the office Christmas Shopping Extravaganza Saturday 24th November 11:00am to 4:00pm AVenue, Lauder St, Hartlepool, TS24 8AH STALLS AVAILABLE TO BOOK 2018 Marks our 3rd year for our Christmas Shopping Event at AVenue, each year we continue to raise our groups profile and also raise a great amount of money for our Charity, its wonderful to see how busy AVenue gets throughout the day, great to see all the wonderful stalls and also hear the singers and choirs performing. We have a team of runners who have agreed to participate in the worlds greatest half marathon. We have a team sponsor form placed in the office if you would like to support this event.
