3 Founded in 1981 as a non-profit organization, Sonoma Valley Youth Soccer Association was formed to offer soccer programs for young boys and girls. Each year SVYSA provides up to 1,500 local players the opportunity to learn and play the game of soccer and benefit from the positive life lessons therein. Our goal at SVYSA is to provide the best possible soccer experiences for the youth in Sonoma Valley and to make soccer accessible for all who want to play. OUR MISSION To increase interest in soccer in the Sonoma Valley, To provide community benefit through athletic and community leadership, and To compete and win in local and regional gameplay and develop players to be the best they can be on and off the field 2016 Clinic with SISM crew from San Jose OUR MISSION To unite all of Sonoma Valley under one soccer club Warming up at 2017 Competitive Program Tryouts In the process of building a solid organization off the field to provide a better development experience for our members, SVYSA will remain a steward of the community while establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with other sports organizations, government agencies, and private businesses. As part of the US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer, Sonoma Valley Youth Soccer is a strong part of the foundation of US Soccer development, doing our part to help the US become a soccer nation and win a World Cup! 3

4 SPONSORSHIP AND FUNDRAISING In 2015, SVYSA launched a fundraising program to support club operations and to galvanize the community behind an effort to build better soccer facilities in the valley. The results have been incredible. Putting to use the funds we have raised, last year we were able to offer over 300 players financial assistance, over 60 of which received a full award covering all of their registration fees. Additionally, we have hired professional, licensed staff to modernize the club and provide greater development opportunities for our players. We ve never been in a better place - all kids in Sonoma Valley have the opportunity to play soccer, regardless of their family s ability to pay. Two years later, we are looking to build on our previous success by launching a fully integrated sponsorship platform that provides benefits to partners throughout the year at both soccer and event programming. While seeking to maintain the relationships we have developed with the 100+ sponsors we have been honored to work with, the new partnership opportunities are targeted toward a wide range of small to large businesses. SVYSA is seeking sponsorship for our Recreational Soccer Programs, our Competitive Soccer programs, and for our annual Fundraising events. All our Sponsorships help SVYSA to be the best youth sports program in Sonoma Valley Sponsorship help us reach our goal to build and maintain modern soccer facilities! 5 INTEGRATED MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES SVYSA is offering an integrated sponsorship platform for 2017 that provides benefits throughout the year and throughout our various soccer, event, and fundraising programs. Sponsorship with SVYSA will provide up to 50,000+ impressions through the following: - Logo placement on jerseys (800+ recreational players and 100+ competitive players) - Sideline and goal signage at over 10 fields hosting 3 or more games each weekend through Summer/Fall Program - Signage and integration opportunities at our Annual Oktoberfest Event - Print and digital paid Advertising in Sonoma I-T, Sonoma Sun, and Press Democrat - Recognition on SVYSA Website and social media accounts We are working to raise over $1M to build a modern, all-weather, lighted soccer facility at Maxwell Park and need the entire community to come together to support the effort. Our largest fundraising event of the year is our Annual Oktoberfest, but all our fundraising events are a great deal of fun for the whole community! We're planning the largest ever Oktoberfest event for 2017 and expect more people, more fun, and more opportunity to promote your business! In our 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Event in 2016, we had over 2,500 attendees enjoying the food, drink, music, and festivities throughout the day and 100s of fans watching the Sonoma County Sol in the semi-pro soccer game hosted in downtown Sonoma.
