1 C A L E N D A R Calendar The TIME column shows the Session Commencement and EST (Estimated Starting Time) which is an indication of when other events or divisions in the Session might start. If the duration of an event is expected to be short, the following events may be allocated the same times. An event will not start earlier than an EST, but may be delayed if the previous event runs overtime. The number of entrants who attend on the day, item duration and adjudication time will influence the actual timing. The letters A to F following an event number indicate a division of that event. Events in the body of the program will show the Session Time or the EST if applicable. Registration: Entrants (or a representative) should register at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of their session or EST time as advertised. No registration can be accepted once the Session Manager has declared the session open. All entrants must be ready to perform when called. Latecomers, or those who miss their turn, may perform at the end of the event or division for comments only, not for any placing and subject to time. Venue information can be found in this program (check under Contents on page 1).
