Effect of a Postmeal Walk on Postprandial Glycemia and Oxidative Stress Purpose: to evaluate the effects of a postprandial walk on the two-hour glucose and insulin area under the curve, as well as markers of oxidative stress, in a group of pre-diabetic individuals Effects of a 12-week Zone Feeding Trial on Body Weight and Health Status Purpose: to evaluate the effect of re-engineered carbohydrate meal plans on body weight and biomarkers of health including blood cholesterol, blood glucose, and satiety.
