GRAINS AND SUGARS CARBOHYDRATES EMPTY CALORIES Most diets are rich in refined carbohydrates that include grains and sugars. These cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. 01 MAJOR DRAWBACKS They are low in nutrients, cause insulin resistance, weight gain, heart disease and inflammation. 02 Grains contain Gluten, Phytic Acid and Lectins which are antinutrient.
DAIRY PROUCTS ANIMAL MIKS ACID Dairy is highly acid forming, and leaches calcium and other nutrients from your body MAJOR DRAWBACKS Animal milks are formulated for animals, not humans. The composition of human milk and animal milk is very different. Studies in mice have shown dairy to increase cancer rates.
VEGETABLE AND FRUITS Nutrient Density Heart Healthy / anti-cancer / anti-inflammatory Alkalinity, Fiber Low risk of Hormones and additives Vegetables and fruits reduce the risk of chronic diseases. They are nutrient dense, provide complete nutrition, contain phytochemicals, are sustainable and animal friendly.
4 REASONS TO GO PALEO VEGAN NUTRIENT DENSITY Increasing the nutrition and avoiding empty calories should be the goal of any nutritious plan. While Vegan foods increase nutrition is some ways, it is easy to be an unhealthy vegan. NON-TOXIC The focus should be to reduce toxins via foods. Focus on anti-nutrients and additives. While Vegan foods focus on some toxins, grains and sugars can be problematic. FOOD QUALITY A lot of focus on diets has been on quantity, not quality. While Vegan focuses on quality of life of animals, human life quality also matters. Paleo Vegan focuses on the quality of food being consumed, for both humans and animals. SCIENCE The science is clear: chronic illnesses are related to diets, and can be reverted for the most part with diets. Paleo Vegan is a great way to become healthy using sustainable and scientific methods.

Inflammation is the root cause of more than 70% of chronic illnesses. IMMUNE SYSTEM Lectins are shown to attack the immune system. It is also shown to increase rheumatoid factors. GUT HEALTH Consumption of large amounts of lectin has shown to damage the gut wall. DIGESTIVE HEALTH They are anti-nutrients, and prevent absorption of other nutrient from your diet.
