Feeding Directions and Precautions 1. This Supplement is For Ruminant Animals Only. 2. Provide unlimited drinking water. 3. This product is a supplement, provide adequate roughage and grains at all times. 4. Provide adequate mineral supplement. 5. Maximum Daily Intake of this product should not exceed 3.00 per Head based on a 1,000 lb. animal. 6. This product may be fed in a lick wheel feeder, as part of a mixed ration or top dressed. Whichever application a daily intake of 1 to 2 lbs. per head should be optimal. 7. Do not offer this product to deprived animals, as maximum daily intake may be surpassed. 8. 2 Directions for Use Warning Statement: A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in preruminating cattle. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. Caution Statement: The safety of Lasalocid for use in unapproved species has not been established. DO NOT allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing Lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal. Agitate immediately prior to use for not less than 10 minutes, creating a turbulence at the bottom of the tank that is visible at the top. Agitate daily as described even when not used. Use Level: For improved feed efficiency in cattle fed in confinement for slaughter. Feed continuously to provide not less than 100 mg nor more than 360 mg/head/day. For increased rate of weight gain in pasture cattle(slaughter, stocker, feeder cattle and dairy and beef replacement heifers). Feed continuously at a rate of no less than 60 mg nor more than 300 mg/head/day Intake of Lasalocid in excess of 200 mg/head/day have not been shown to be more effective than 200 mg/head/day For control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in cattle.
