With a presence in both Europe and Asia we work with our distribution partners to deliver high quality ingredients and custom solutions to our end users around the world.

2 Who We Are With offices in Germany, Hong Kong and China, BioAktive is a German and American owned supplier of ingredients founded by veterans in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries to provide best in class natural ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industries. We focus on personal care, cosmetics, food and nutrition ingredients, but carry a portfolio of products for a range of applications and industry segments. BioAktive is an agile supplier, putting emphasis on product selection, R&D, market knowledge, marketing and distribution. We have strong relationships with contract manufacturers, R&D partners, our network of exclusive distribution partners and other strategic partners. BioAktive knows the market both from a supplier s and distributors perspective. We understand the needs of our partners and work with them to bring them products that serve those needs.

3 How We Work BioAktive is a strong believer in a partnership based model of doing business that creates value across the supply chain. We work with best in class manufacturing partners with an expertise in their field, be it lipid chemistry, hydrogenation, ethoxylation or extraction. Our contract manufacturers are in Europe, North America and in Asia giving BioAktive a diverse set of high quality products that we supply to our distributors around the world. We actively seek out new products with potential applications in personal care and food and nutrition and work to commercialize them. We also work closely with distributors and end users to develop new products on a case by case basis and can leverage our manufacturing base to source products for our partners.

4 Our Products Personal Care Omega Power Range - Natural, cold pressed extracted and refined oils unique in their high Omega Fatty Acid content Specialty Oils Range - Unique cold pressed and refined oils from distinctive sources with excellent skin feel and a range of applications. Butters 2 propriety ranges of compound butters for personal care applications as well as top quality Shea and Cocoa butters. Specialty Lipids High Purity Squalane and Squalene and other unsaponifiables. Essential Oils A range of high quality, specialty and commodity essential oils at competitive prices. Super Critical Extracts A range of residue free, high purity, Co2 extracts with a range of applications in Personal Care, Food and other industry segments. Hyaluronic Acid A selection of top quality HA products with applications in personal care, medical and in nutrition.

5 Food and Nutrition Transglutinimase An important enzyme manufactured in the EU for bonding proteins used in the manufacturing of dairy and meat products. Functional Oils We provide a range of oils with nutritional function that can be used in food and nutritional products. Sucralose A sugar derived artificial sweetener commonly used in food and beverages, our high quality sucralose ranges from 400 to 1,000 times as sweet as table sugar and is an alternative to saccharin and aspartame and is extremely stable. Sucralose can be found in sweeteners such as Splenda, Sukrana, SucraPlus, Candys, Cukren and Nevella. Cocoa Butter BioAktive carries food grade cocoa butter for use in chocolate manufacturing. Popping Candy BioAktive provides coated and uncoated popping candy, a form or carbonated sugar, as an ingredient as well as in finished form for the confectionary market.

We believe strongly that committed partnerships and transparency in doing business together is a key success factor in collaboration.
