17 Provide SNAP participants opportunities to gain skills, training or experience that will improve their employment prospects and reduce their reliance on SNAP benefits. Over half of the remaining participants are working full- or part-time, living with another employed adult, or subject to a meaningful work requirement through SNAP or another program.
