1 Associate Professor Kerem Başarır, MD, currently works as an attending orthopaedic surgeon at the Ankara University Medicine Faculty, in Ankara, after finishing his residency in the same orthopaedic department at Ankara. His clinical focus is primary and revision total knee and hip replacement and orthopedic oncology together with complex reconstructive cases. He has published more than 30 peer reviewed articles including well known journals including JBJS (Am), JBJS (Br), Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research; J. Arthroplasty and Int Ortopedics. He gained associate professorship in the Ankara University Medical School in His research includes all clinical arthroplasty science, as well numerous basic science studies in the complete field of orthopaedics and orthopedic oncology.
