Area is ecchymotic, he has been icing and elevating the foot as prescribed and taking post-op pain medication hydrocodone every 4-6 hours. 105

Radiologic examination: AP, Lateral and Oblique views reveal the 1 st metatarsal cuneiform site shows adequate resection of bone, none of the exostoses exist. Impression: Post procedural hematoma of the musculoskeletal structure, 1 st Metatarsal cuneiform joint, right foot, following the musculoskeletal procedure. 106
