6 Median Nerve (lateral and medial cord, C5-T1) Motor: Pronator teres, flexor carpi radialis, palmaris longus, flexor digitorum superficialis and profundus (radial side), flexor pollicis longus, pronator quadratus, lumbricals 1+2, opponens pollicis, abductor pollicis brevis and flexor pollicis brevis (superficial head) (LOAF) Sensory: lateral palmar surface and distal and middle phalanges 1-3, half of 4 th Image:

7 Ulnar Nerve (medial cord, C8-T1) Motor: Flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum profundus (ulnar side) Hand intrinsics: abductor digiti minimi, opponens digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi brevis, palmar and dorsal interossei, lumbricals 3-4, adductor pollicis, palmaris brevis and flexor pollicis brevis (deep head) Sensory: medial palmar surface and entire 5 th phalanx, half of 4 th and posterior aspect of the proximal phalanx of 3 rd. 8 Radial Nerve (posterior cord, C5-T1) Motor: Triceps brachii, anconeus, brachioradialis, extensor carpi radialis longus/brevis, extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor digitorum, supinator, extensor digiti minimi, extensor pollicis longus, extensor indicis, abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis. Sensory: lateral/posterior hand up to proximal phalanges of 1 st to 3 rd ( superficial radial N.) Posterolateral arm and posterior forearm cutaneous branches of the radial N. Image:
