1 Enrolling Multiple Users in Training Classes To enroll multiple users into training classes follow the below instructions: 1) Determine the appropriate class for the user to attend based upon specialty. 2 2) Navigate to train.gru.edu and log in using your Net ID and Password. 3) Click the dropdown arrow, type playbook, and press Enter.

3 4) Select the desired course by clicking the title, or if not displayed click Load More Courses at the bottom of the list. (Note that the Class Type, Date, Day and Time are all indicated in the titles of the classes.) 5) Once the course loads, click Classlist in the top right of the course screen.

4 6) Once this page loads, click the Add Participants dropdown and choose Add existing users. 7) In the Search For field under the Add Existing Users Section, type the name of the provider you wish to add and press Enter. 8) Below, the search results load. Check the box next to the name of the provider to be enrolled, change the role to Learner, and select Enroll Selected Users.

5 9) The Confirmation of Enrollment page loads. To enroll additional users, select Add More Participants. If finished with the enrollment process, select Done.

7 4) Once having gained access, choose Register for Training. This opens the Course Offerings available institution-wide. 5) Here you see the three different courses being offered: Non-procedural specialties Procedure specialties Super Users Be sure to select the appropriate course from the below selection page:

8 6) After having made a selection, the below Course Description loads. Click Register.

9 7) Input your first name, last name, address, and click Submit. 8) Review the Confirmation Page and click Finish. 9) The Registration Summary loads. Click Done.
