2 Course Information General Information The at The Children s Hospital of Philadelphia, in conjunction with the Department of Dermatology of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, announces a comprehensive program on pediatric skin disorders. The 2016 course will be held at Children s Hospital in the Joseph Stokes Auditorium and area conference rooms on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16. The registration fee includes continental breakfasts, refreshments and course materials. The course is directed toward practicing dermatologists, pediatricians, family practitioners, resident physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and allied healthcare professionals. Participants will receive current information on dermatologic disorders in neonates, children and adolescents. Highlights of the course include: Live patient viewing and discussion Updated information on pediatric skin diseases Workshops, including more in-depth interactive sessions with experts in pediatric dermatology Objectives Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to: Identify and manage common newborn skin conditions Diagnose and manage common pediatric skin disorders, such as atopic dermatitis, acne, warts, molluscum, nevi and infections Review recent developments in overgrowth syndromes, genodermatoses and new diseases in pediatric dermatology ACCME Accreditation Statement The Children s Hospital of Philadelphia is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing education for physicians. AMA Credit Designation Statement The Children s Hospital of Philadelphia designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.0 hours in AMA PRA Category 1 credits.
